In this assignment, I will be discussing the assessment that I chose to give my students and the work samples that led up to the assessment. I plan to demonstrate how the work samples that my students completed were able to help them learn more about polygons and how to classify them into a hierarchy. I will discuss the learning goals associated with this assessment, the level of cognitive demand, and how well the assessment was able to show the learning potential for my students.
