Data Sources
During the evaluation, a few data sources will be utilized. Those sources are the program recipients, existing data, and pictorial records and observation.
Existing Data
Before any evaluator begins to collect data, one must check to see what information is currently available represents the rationale for existing data. Since the program has been ineffective since the year 2011, the evaluator will need to know how the program was carried out. To do this, we will look at minutes of all the meetings, enrollment records, program documents, and reports of accomplishments (Newgard et al., 2012).
